An exploration of evil, Satan, and demonic figures in the writings from Qumran. Topics range from the Watcher traditions in 1 Enoch and Genesis 6, through dualistic frameworks in the Community Rule and War Scroll, to demonological texts and exorcistic prayers. Readings are conducted in Hebrew and Aramaic from the original scrolls texts.
